Hello! We arrived home a few days ago from our Canadian fishing trip and have been swept right back into busy kid summer schedules. This week the boys are in Green Bay Packer Youth football camp and have Little League playoffs!
I’m not an expert - but I can tell you that a week away from internet, cell phone service and job is one of the best experiences you can give your family! I particularly love fishing too. Staring at the reflections of light on water feels so calming and meditative. Then, a big fish comes along and the experience becomes as thrilling as any amusement park.
We love this getaway as a family. It is sacred.
Since Grandpa won’t let me tell you his fishing spot - I will just share some photos from our trip without saying too much! ;)
